Scope of work
I work as the only full-time designer in the product team, which includes two product owners, four product managers and one CPO.I introduced and implemented the design process, operated design board, managed freelancers, and successfully led the full cycle of creating new products. I fully support four engineering teams and marketing team simultaneously. Conducted workshops, surveys and interviews with partners and users. Grew up with the company from startups to medium-sized enterprises.
Team structure
A cross-functional team consists of members with different expertise to achieve a common goal and improved collaboration & communication between different teams. Besides product and engineers in the project was include our colleges from OPS, sales and marketing teams to be sure that we will reach better final product quality.
